Confused as to our vocabulary? Here are some quite definitions.
Orbitoclast; also known as an "ice-pick," it isno longerused in a lobotomy by destroying the front tissue of the brain.
Leucotomy; a surgery which includes drilling holes into a patient's head and removing frontal brain tissue.
Trans-orbital Labotomy; a surgery much like a Leucotomy, but enters the brain through the eye-socket, not holes.
